This is not my first AK variant. But it is my first WASR. This time I decided to go full tactical with it.

Here it is in it's original, as purchased, form. I will post finished pics when I get time.

Looking forward the "tac'ed

Through out a long nasty work week I slowly added the new furniture I picked up. It is an ATI Strikeforce adjustable folding stock, forend and grip. I picked it up for just over a hundred bucks at my local Cabelas. Beautiful finish. Fit, as you all know, in the case of any AK variant is is a verb and not an adjective.

There is a lot of fine tuning and fitting needed to get it right. I thought of writing up a tutorial on this but I found a great 2 part video on Youtube. Here it is, http://youtu.be/vIKiMubeYGk . Once you get over him sounding like he has a cold coming on and that he is not a polished public speaker the information he presents is great.

I love the feel of this system. With the adjustable folding stock I can get it to the right length instead of the original way too short stock.

All right on to the gun porn.

The box it comes in is very nice and I can't throw it away. lol

I think it is more than worth the cost and well worth the headaches and punctured skin to get it to fit right. Going to get out and shoot her later today.
